3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when using our services. This helps us make appropriate treatment center recommendations for your situation.

Medical Emergencies

Our services are not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or immediate danger, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent.

7. Financial Arrangements

No Direct Charges

WMM Specialists does not charge clients directly for our referral and matching services. Our services are provided at no cost to you.

Treatment Center Costs

Each treatment center has its own fee structure, payment policies, and insurance acceptance. You are responsible for all costs associated with treatment at any facility we refer you to.

Insurance Verification

While we may assist with initial insurance verification inquiries, final insurance coverage determination is between you and the treatment center.

• We make no warranties about treatment outcomes or success rates
• Our liability is limited to the cost of our services (which are provided free of charge)
